This privacy statement sets out how The Retreat Hyrdo Ltd ("we", "our", "the Company"), a data controller, complies with both UK and European Union data protection requirements. We have structured our website so that you can freely browse it without identifying yourself or revealing any Personal Data. Once you choose to provide us with any Personal Data by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.


It is not our intention that this website nor our services be intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We do not ask for or collect any Special Categories of data in the normal course of operation of this website.

10. Requesting access to the data we hold

At your request, we can confirm what information we hold about you and how it is processed.


In order to fulfil any request about data that we may hold, we may require proof of your identity before we can comply.

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?

We will accept copies of two documents to include either your passport, driving licence, birth certificate and/or utility bill from last 3 months. If you are unable to provide these documents please let us know and we will try to assist you as best we can.
