A healthy dog

is a happy dog

Our Pool is the largest Canine Hydrotherapy Pool in Devon & Cornwall

Specially designed to provide your dog with the best hydrotherapy experience, our in-ground pool measures a generous 9x4 metres, allowing your dog to move freely and comfortably in the water, no matter its size! Our pool also benefits from a ground level, gently sloping ramp, tailor-made to enable your dog to easily enter and exit the water, which is especially important after surgery, and a 360° vantage allows you to view your dog’s progress - and even join in with sessions by walking around the pool and encouraging your dog (as their favourite human, you make the best cheerleader!)

Our water temperature is carefully maintained between 28-30°C and the buoyancy of the water reduces stress on joints, alleviates pain and promotes movement, making hydrotherapy an ideal rehabilitation tool for dogs recovering from surgery or suffering from an injury or health conditions such as hip and/or elbow dysplasia, arthritis, lameness and/or obesity. Swimming is also a great alternative to off-lead running for fit and healthy dogs and an excellent way for a young dog to learn to be safe and confident in water.

Be assured, the welfare and safety of your dog is our main priority and if you think your dog’s condition, injury or behaviour requires additional support, please call us on 07711 492689
